With 24-hour Certified Nursing Assistants, an on-site Registered Nurse, and personalized care plans, your loved ones is in expert hands. Residents enjoy chef-served meals, engaging activities, a peaceful outdoor courtyard, and all the comforts of home, giving families the peace of mind they deserve.

The Secure Memory Care Unit is designed for individuals living with Alzheimer’s disease or other memory-related conditions who require a secure, supportive environment with specialized care.
All Memory Care apartments are private and include:
- A Private bathroom
- Walk-in shower
- Carpet
- Window blinds
- Ample closet space
- Emergency pull cords
- Smoke alarms
- Fire sprinklers
- Weekly housekeeping and laundry services
The Memory Care Unit features dedicated common areas, including:
- Two lobby seating areas for residents and guests
- Large dining room with table service for every meal
- Activities room for larger events and scheduled programming
- Secure outdoor courtyard with covered seating area
- Long hallways and ample space for walking
- Centrally located nurse station
- 24-hour Certified Nursing Assistants trained in dementia patient care
- Supervised by an on-site Registered Nurse
- Personalized care plans developed in collaboration with the resident, family, and medical provider
- Assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs): dressing, bathing, personal hygiene, and grooming
- Assistance with provider-ordered medications and routine treatments
- Transportation assistance to appointments on TriState Health’s campus (family must accompany resident)
- Variety of activities offered to support the highest possible quality of life

Yes. Memory Care residents enjoy all of the same amenities offered to Independent Living and Assisted Living residents, plus dedicated common areas within the unit.
A variety of activities are offered to promote engagement, well-being, and the highest possible quality of life. Scheduled programming takes place in the dedicated activities room.
The Memory Care Unit offers a higher level of specialized care in a fully secured environment, with staff trained specifically in dementia and memory-related conditions — beyond what is provided in standard Assisted Living.
