TITLE: Personal Property

Evergreen Estates is not responsible for the loss or damage to personal property in the parking lots, public streets or inside the building. It is recommended that employees keep their cars always locked. Personal property that is brought inside the facility is at the employees’ own risk. Employees are encouraged to use any available lockers, locked cabinets, offices or areas.
If an employee’s personal property/item is lost or stolen it is the responsibility of the employee to contact their supervisor and the police to report the event.
