TITLE: Supervisor Cell Phones

Evergreen offers supervisors the ability to join its cell phone service plan for free. Evergreen reserves the right to determine when service plans are to be upgraded, entered into or which cell service provider they will conduct business with.

Evergreen will not provide supervisors with a cell phone; hence, the supervisor must purchase the cell phone on their own and may not be tied to our account. Lease agreements will not be picked up or allowed on our plan.

Evergreen doesn’t allow the supervisor to add on additional services and then pay Evergreen the difference.

Evergreen doesn’t purchase repair or replacement insurance on phones. The supervisor is responsible for this cost on their own, if they can purchase it without the fee being placed on our reoccurring invoice.

If the supervisor leaves our employment they will be removed from our plan and they will be responsible to find their own individual plan. Evergreen will provide any releasing documents required by the carriers.
