The Employee Handbook is an outline of the basic human resources policies, practices and procedures at Evergreen Estates. This Employee Handbook contains general guidelines, is not exhaustive, and may be changed, modified, added to, substituted, or eliminated as business needs require and as permitted by applicable law. Evergreen Estates may also depart from any policy or practice described in this Employee Handbook at its discretion, as business needs require, and as permitted by applicable law.

Employment with Evergreen Estates is and remains “at will.” This Employee Handbook should not be construed as, and does not constitute an offer of employment for any specific duration. This Employee Handbook does not constitute an expressed or implied contract of employment for any period of time. Either Evergreen Estates or an Employee may terminate the employment relationship at any time, for any or no reason, with or without cause, and with or without notice.

You are encouraged to contact the front office to ensure that you have the latest version of the policies in the Employee Handbook. Policy updates will be communicated to all at Staff Meetings and a copy of the new policy will be provided. Copy of individual policies can be found on Evergreen’s Public Drive.
