Four and a halfyears ago, I was informed I could no longer live alone, so I started checking available facilities. After looking at several, I decided Evergreen Estates was the place for me.

They have courteous, friendly employees, very good food, helpful and available maintenance crew, and all my living necessities are included in one, easy monthly check -Rent, satellite TV, all utilities, weekly housekeeping, meals and snacks are all included.They have bus services for weekly drives, church services on Sunday, and in-house crafts. With Tri-State Hospital conveniently located across the parking lot; it’s better than home with friendly neighbors and nursing services, if needed, and you can simply push our furnished pendent, if you require assistance.

I am happier here than I was at home. Thank goodness for Evergreen Estates.
