Activities Coordinator

When I first came to Evergreen Estates, I started out in Housekeeping, and have since moved into the Activities Coordinator position. One of my favorite parts about Evergreen Estates are all of the occupants that I have gotten the opportunity to know and love as if they were my own family members.In the six years that I have worked here, I have seen firsthand the strong bonds and friendships built amongst the residents and it is comforting to know that someday when I reach the age of needing this type of facility that I, too, could one day call Evergreen Estates home. Another thing I truly appreciate about Evergreen Estates is the opportunity to change career paths and learn and grow on the job. I never dreamed of working in the position I am in now and it is reassuring to have the kind of peer support that you find here. The encouragement and mentoring from co-workers has given me the confidence to believe in myself and give all I can in to those who need me most.
