I have been working at Evergreen Estates for seven years and have performed several positions during that time, starting as a cook in the Dietary department, then Activities Director, and now my current position is in the front Business Office. One of the unique things about Evergreen is that our Administrator, Pete Camerlo, believes in giving employees the opportunity to advance within the facility, and will even go as far as assisting staff to become a CNA. The thing that I love most about working at Evergreen are the residents and their families, but also the camaraderie amongst the staff.Evergreen has such a welcoming atmosphere, the apartments are bright and comfortable, the facility is well-maintained, and the food is amazing. I love the way that residents embrace new residents with open arms and help them get acquainted with the facility – once you walk through our doors, you are family.
